Online-Onsite brings livestreams and on-demand presentations online, on your private hybrid conference platform. A hybrid version of a conference is a mix of on-demand presentations and live debates, together with Q&A sessions and sponsor rooms.
Our platform can contain multiple events with a large number of sessions, sub-sessions and presentations. As an organization, you can choose which user gets access to an event and set a target for the accreditation.
Some sessions don’t even have to go live, they can be available pre-recorded and on-demand as a part of your conference. Participants can attend a conference in their own time, ask questions, give opinions or participate in discussions.
The participants can ask questions directly to the speakers trough a question box or they can be handled in an on-demand or live Q&A session. All on-site content is published online immediately and remains available. Networking moments can be organized in different time zones. People can network in their own language or visit sponsor booths in a real-time video room.
Keep track of your visitors, see who has watched, know which presentation is popular. Automatically send accreditations to the participants when their target is reached. Ask questions to measure their knowledge, send direct messages or ask for their opinion.
You don't need to setup anything yourself. Our technical crew will help you to make everything possible on your hybrid conference platform. Online-Onsite has everyone around the table, from the AV technician operating the microphones to the back-end developer adding another custom piece into the platform.
Add extra talks, provides extra livestreams, extend the platform with new events. Online-Onsite edits and uploads new self-recorded talks. Sends new invites, polls and announcements just like you would do at a physical conference. Add more topics, create specific content and make more sessions available on your very own conference platform and expand your target audience.
Moderate a debate from our studio or organize an on-site meeting. For your next conference, perhaps choose a historic setting in our hometown Bruges or another Flemish heritage city. And remember: Go online - Go hybrid
What are cookies?
Cookies can be stored both by Online-Onsite and by other parties. When we allow third parties to store cookies on our websites, then such parties must contractually guarantee a secure connection by means of which the data are exchanged.
What types of cookies do we use?
Indispensable cookies: are necessary to use the website and to ensure that there is safe identity control. Example: website navigation, shopping cart content, access to personal data, etc.
Functional cookies: facilitate website functioning and provide a personalised surfing experience by means of, for example, remembering login names, passwords, the content of your shopping cart, previously chosen selections and preferences – such as language preference.
Analytical cookies: ensure that we can analyse our websites. This enables us to know how many visitors visit our website, how long they stay there, what they clicked, which components are popular, etc. We can also see which web pages are not visited very often and what problems visitors encounter. This allows us to continuously improve our websites. To do so, we also deploy third-party cookies such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. The information generated about your behavioural use on our websites is collected anonymously (by removing the last 8 characters from your IP address) and transferred to and by Google, where they are filed on servers in the United States. Google then analyses these anonymised data on our behalf and returns all aggregated data to us. Google does not link your anonymised IP address to other data that they have registered.

OTHER TECHNOLOGICAL RESOURCES
To measure and improve the success of our advertising campaigns, technologies such as web beacons and action tags count the number of visitors on our websites and/or apps pursuant to an advertisement on the third-party website. Particular pages on our websites also work with pixel tags. These pixels see, for example, what products you view on our websites. Based on that information, we can then show you relevant advertisements on Facebook and Google, for example.
