The conference platform

Online-Onsite brings livestreams and on-demand presentations online on your private hybrid conference platform. A hybrid version of a conference is a mix of on-demand presentations and live debates, together with Q&A sessions and sponsor rooms.

Multiple events

The conference platform can contain multiple events with a large number of sessions, sub-sessions and presentations. As an organization, you can choose which user gets access to an event and set a target for the accreditation.

Live & On-demand

Some sessions don’t even have to go live, they can be available pre-recorded and on-demand as a part of the platform. Participants can attend a conference in their own time, ask questions, give opinions or participate in discussions.

Interactive tools

The participants can ask questions directly to the speakers trough a question box or they can be handled in an on-demand or live Q&A session. All on-site content is put online immediately and remains available. Networking moments can be organised in different time zones. People can network in their own language or visit sponsor booths in a real-time video room.

Send accreditations

Keep track of your visitors, see who has watched, know which presentation is popular. Automatically send accreditations to the participants when their target is reached. Ask questions to measure their knowledge, send direct messages or ask for their opinion.

Multi language mailing tool

Use the platform all year round, add on-demand sessions and activate users in their own language. Manage email templates and send automatically to defined groups directly from the platform.

Custom support

You don't need to setup anything yourself. Our technical crew will help you to make everything possible on your hybrid conference platform. Online-Onsite has everyone around the table, from the AV technician operating the microphones to the back-end developer adding another custom piece into the platform.

Hybrid debate

Online-Onsite brings online speakers to an on-site debate, provides the livestreams and uploads the self-recorded talks. Sends invites, polls and announcements just like you would do at a physical conference. Congress organisers can add extra topics, create specific content and make more sessions available on your conference platform to expand your target audience.

Mobile equipement

Online-Onsite brengt livestreams en on-demand presentaties online op een eigen hybrid conference platform. Een hybride versie van een congres is een mix van On-demand presentaties en live debatten, aangevuld met Q&A sessies en sponsor rooms. 

Multiple events

Het congres platform kan meerdere events bevatten, dit met een oneindig aantal sessies, sub-sessies en presentaties. Als organisatie kan je kiezen welke gebruiker toegang krijgt tot welk event, en wie wanneer een accreditatie krijgt. 

Live & On-demand

Een deel van een congres hoeft zelfs niet live door te gaan, het kan pre-recorded beschikbaar zijn als on-demand deel van het platform. Deelnemers kunnen op eigen tempo een conferentie bijwonen, vragen stellen, meningen geven of deelnemen aan discussies per topic.

Interactieve tools

Er is een direct contact met de sprekers via een questionbox of de vragen worden behandeld in een on-demand of live Q&A sessie. Alle on-site content komt direct online, en blijft beschikbaar. Organiseer netwerkmomenten, deelnemers blijven in hun eigen tijdszone, netwerken in hun eigen taal of bezoeken sponsorstanden in een real-time video room.
